Magic Curtain

The curtain enhances the desertedness of the space. “Obviously somebody tried to make themselves at home“, the driver sadly thinks while passing by. I found this mythical quote in Roadside Picnic by Arkady and Boris Strugatsky, 1972: „When you look at the curtain, you are overcome with a deep sense of happiness, but only if you have never entered the room before the magical curtain appears. People who have entered the room before recognize another spatial dimension, and much despair at this new sensory perception.“
