Super Pre-Show

As we slowly welcome the end of the year and the beginning of different things to arise, we are pleased to announce that while we are in the process of preparing version 2.0 of our last event Super Sport, we are inviting you all to participate in the Super Pre-Show.

The idea of this Pre-Show will be centred on silk printing your work. We will have created our very own, adjustable screen printing machine, made by remaining materials chosen from the Super Sport place, that will be used to print during the event which will take place over three days on December 9, 10 and 11, at Aristotelous 130, near Victoria Square.

The opening night will be held on December 9th @19.00.

In contrast to the abandoned factory, this space will have electricity, it is cosy-sized, and most importantly it will also include a bar and light entertainment.

The main drive for doing this pre-show is to give value to all artist-made products. It is part of our responsibility as artists to support each other, and in this way all the raised funds will be equally shared between the participating artists and the next Super Sport event.

As an estimate, we suggest 5€ per stamp on any item that is brought along. We will also have blank t-shirts and bags that we can stamp on, with a suggested estimate between 10€ to 15€.

  • ΧΡΩΠΕΙ

Super Sport #02 is set in the abandoned ΧΡΩΠΕΙ factory close to Piraeus and is an art action made by a group of artists with no specific curatorial line or guidelines, other than the will to explore the potential of experimentation in this kind of environment, so common in the urban skin of Athens.
